There is a well known fact that the laws according to the usage of marijuana differs from city to city. Based on that fact I've decided to write this article to let you know the rules of interaction with weed and hash in Vlore , tell you about the police attention, possibility to find good hash, the price’s politics and all underwater rocks connected with the drugs in Vlore.

Despite the fact that I did not have any problems with weed in Vlore because of Fred, he told me how everything works (and not only with cannabis).

Usually high-level dealers purchase stuff on wholesale darknet websites. Theoretically you may also go through all the nightmare of using darknet websites to get your stuff delivered in several days or even weeks. And I really have such friends, so yep, agree.

In one sports bar I got acquainted with Fred who moved to Vlore 3 years ago, so he knows the local drug scene. According to Fred - despite cannabis being banned according to laws, cops are generally relaxed about weed, sometimes being smokers themselves.

What if I get caught with marijuana in Vlore?

In fact, according to Fred - if you have less than 10g of weed or 5g of hash and behave correctly + do not smoke joints in public - nothing critical should happen. Cops will check if you are not intending to sell the stuff being a real dealer, they should just confiscate weed after a short talk.

People say sometimes police officers try to get some material benefits from catching you with weed in Vlore. These stories are rare, but mind that some cops may force you giving them some money to leave you alone. But never try to offer them anything yourself, this may be treated as a separate crime. Easier just to watch your back not not get caught with weed in Vlore.
